We have a dedication to responsive customer service which means someone is available to respond promptly as needed. There is no waiting for weeks for a scheduled service date. If a customer calls with an emergency situation, we will respond immediately.
We offer annual service agreements that allow us to properly maintain your system and for your system to perform as designed.
Noted below are the tasks performed within our service agreements.
System Start-Up (March-April; weather pending)

• Activate water and pressurize mainline; review mainline for leaks

• Pressurize lateral zone lines; Review lateral lines for leaks

• Review all sprinkler heads for proper performance (cleaning, leveling, coverage, location, etc.)

• Review all electric control valves “ON” and “OFF” operability
• Review and adjust controller run times and days to water according to current weather conditions

• Verify backup battery and sensor operation

Seasonal Tune-Ups (as necessary; May thru October; weather pending)

• Review all sprinkler heads for proper performance (cleaning, leveling, coverage, location, etc.)

• Review all electric control valves “ON” and “OFF” operability

• Review main and lateral zone lines for leaks

• Review and adjust controller run times and days to water according to current weather conditions

• Verify sensor operation

System Shut-Down (October-November; weather pending)

• Shut-off water

• Purge main and lateral zone lines via compressed air

• Winterize backflow prevention and remove if applicable
• Drain down exposed piping
• Set controller to "OFF" mode
